About Us

The founder started his career in consumer electronic industry for 11 years with 2 top branded Multi-National Corporations(MNC). His wide corporate working experience ranging from sales, marketing and Key Account management managing customers from mass merchanisers, chain stores and hypermarkets such as  Courts Mammoth, Best Denki, HSL, Makro, TESCO, Carrefour and Giant.

The Co-founder had more than 10 years working experience in a leading international brand air-conditioning MNC finance department. She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant  currently managing the E-Warranty finance and operation matters.

From the humble beginning, E-Warranty was originally developed by Steadfast Wealth Planner in Malaysia since 2006 for Electrical Appliances, mobile phones, tablets, computers, health equipments and automobile. In 2011, we registered our company as Steadfast Advisory (M) Sdn Bhd and subsequently obtained the approval from Bank Negara Malaysia (Central Bank of Malaysia) as Approved Financial Adviser firm.  With the rapid growth in the warranty business, Information Technology (IT) and Data Technology (DT) have played an important role in the expansion of our business. Steadfast has been constantly engaging with the award- winning IT partner to develop and enhance the online Warranty platform (E-Warranty system), claim management system (CisNetS) and Warranty Prepaid system (WAPS).
